By requesting services, submitting a form, or using the Handyman HQ website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms define how services are scheduled, performed, billed, and how promotional offers such as the Spin-to-Win feature are applied.

Service Scope and Estimates

All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of the request. Final pricing may change if additional work, materials, repairs, or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project.


Work will only proceed after the customer approves the updated scope and pricing.

Scheduling and Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time.


If access is not available or conditions are unsafe, the appointment may be rescheduled and a service fee may apply.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Handyman HQ accepts cash, check, and credit card payments.
Projects requiring materials, special ordering, or extended labor may require deposits prior to scheduling.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to disclose any known hazards, structural issues, HOA restrictions, or utility limitations before work begins.


Handyman HQ is not responsible for delays or damages caused by undisclosed conditions, hidden structural issues, or third-party interference.

Promotional Offers and Spin-to-Win Prizes

Handyman HQ may provide promotional offers, including but not limited to the Spin-to-Win feature on the website.


All promotional prizes must be disclosed and acknowledged by the customer prior to the start of any service.


Promotional benefits apply only to qualifying services and cannot be redeemed retroactively after work has been completed.
Prizes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly approved.

Owner Discretion on Promotional Acceptance

The application of any promotional prize, discount, or service bonus remains subject to review and approval by the owner of Handyman HQ.


The owner reserves the right to determine whether a project qualifies for a promotional benefit based on service type, project scope, location, scheduling limitations, or prior agreements.


If a prize cannot reasonably be applied to the requested service, an alternative benefit of equal practical value may be offered at the owner’s discretion.

Warranty and Workmanship

Handyman HQ stands behind the quality of workmanship provided for a period of 90 days


Warranty coverage applies only to labor performed by Handyman HQ and does not extend to manufacturer defects, customer-supplied materials, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

Cancellations and Rescheduling
